Ok, I Think That A 5 Minute's Work Is Worth Getting 15 Minutes. But It's Only Because Mom Bribed Me. So Here Is My Poem About A Box. A Plain Ol' Box. Ready? I Thought So.

Box:

A Truly And Most Treasured Box,

I Can't Seem To Open The Locks.

There Seems To Be Three,

I Can't Find A Key,

I Want To Know What's In This Box.

I Think That I Will Go Upstairs,

& Search Through Some Desks & On Chairs.

You Search For The Key,

& Give It To Me,

& Open The Box From Downstairs.

Let's Hope That The Key Is Not Bent,

It Isn't?!? I'll Give You One Cent.

I Can't Find That Box,

That Has Those 3 Locks.

Oh, Where Has That Silly Box Went?

1. I like poetry. Here is my Cinquain I wrote for school:

The Oven

Cookie

tender, opulent

scrolling, blending, creaming

Scalding in the oven.

Dough

2. I hate school.

3. When I posted this, I've read 70 books & took an A.R. test on each. It's only like the 68th day of school.

4. I have a 2 year old brother named Preston.

5. I live on earth.

6. I'm in my school reading bowl.

7. My favorite sport is straw shooting.

Christmastime is Coming!

Christmastime is coming! But the chance that I have missed.
I hope I'm on the good side & not the noddy list.
I look under the Christmas tree, there's nothin' but a mess.
I wanted presents early but I am presentless.
3 days left til' Christmas. Let's sing Deck the halls.
I cut construction paper & hang mistletoe on the walls!
2 days left til' Christmas, we bake cookies with some frosting.
Then we add the sprinkles, then we do some flossing.
1 day left til' Christmas, we put cookies on the shelf.
I get my camera ready to see Santa & an elf.
I wake up the next morning, but I see no snow.
I hear "gobble, gobble" instead of "Ho, Ho, Ho"
I don't see geese 'a' laying or any gifts 'a' giving.
So I guess that it's November.
Which means today is THANKSGIVING!
