Club Code Book 1: The Mysterious E-Mail Chapter 6

Chapter 6: Monday Morning
Carl and Karl's mom only lets them watch movies in the car on Sunday. No computer and no regular television. They rode the rest of the way to church, came back, goofed off, went to bed, and woke up. At 3:18 this time. "Karl!" Carl shouted at his brother. "You set it WAY too early!" "Sheesh!" Karl replied. "I only set it an hour and thirty-eight minutes earlier than you did! We can just spend every second of the extra time goofing off before school! It's Monday!" Carl sighed. "Yeah, I guess so." Karl walked towards Judy's room. "DON'T attempt to wake up Judy this time!" Carl told him. "Man!" Karl growled. They walked downstairs. Karl grabbed a piece of paper, quickly folded it into a paper airplane, and threw it at his victim. "Hey!" Carl shouted. Carl and Karl walked the rest of the way to the playroom. "Okay Carl, let's IM eachother." Karl hit the button on his computer, and Carl pressed his. They were ready for the start of today's "Bro Messaging". Carl sent this to Karl:
ਆ (Alt 2566)
Karl sent a weird symbol to Carl:

Carl and Karl started every morning like this. There's never a second when their inbox is empty.

Club Code Book 1: The Mysterious E-Mail Chapter 5

Chapter 5: Halfway To Church
Later, their mom called them for church. "Mmph!" Carl said as he bumped his head on the front of B-Bo's carseat. "Let's go!" their mom said as she backed out of the garage. "Mom, can you please turn on a movie?" Carl asked. "Sure!" said their mom turning on the T.V. "It's you're favorite one." "Awesome! The Mega Monster Battle and the Fire Serpent Galaxy!" "It's turning on!" Karl said excitedly. When they saw the screen, they saw a pause symbol in the middle. "Um..mom? Can you unpause the video?" Karl asked. "Oh..yeah." she replied. When she did, a teddy bear was on the screen and said, "Ready Fluffy?" "Yeah!" A white cat responded. They sung at the same time, "A, B, C, D, E, F, G! H, I, J, K, L M N O P-" Their mother said, "Oops, I forgot I paused this when I got home from shopping with B-Bo." B-Bo laughed at the screen. "Fine, we'll keep it on." Carl said. Karl sat with his arms folded and his head down and said, "Notice how I don't agree with you."

Carl looked completely embarrased about his mistake. "Well, should we show mom when she's up?" "Well," Karl said as he picked up a copy of a book called Club Code Book 1: The Mysterious E-Mail. "It says here that we should, because we shouldn't just leave without mom knowing where we are, and-" "Hey! Where did you get that?" asked Carl. "I found it." "Let me see that!" Carl shouted as he shoved Karl over. "It also says that you found this book and said, "It says here that we should, because we shouldn't just leave without mom knowing where we are, and - and that's where I shouted, "Hey! Where did you get that?" Then you say, "I found it." Next, I shove you over and I say "Let me see that!" You do know that whatever we say and do goes into this book, right?" "Duh! I know we're made up characters in a book because it says the raining gumdrops-" "Huh? Raining gumdrops?" Carl flipped the pages of the book untill he found these sentences: Karl looked ahead of the book to see the part with the raining gumdrops. Carl was baffled when Karl said the words "raining gumdrops." So Carl flipped the pages of the book untill he found these sentences: Karl looked ahead of the book to see the part with the raining - At this point, Carl slammed the book shut, squinted, and looked sideways without tilting his head. "This can't get any more dumb, can it?" "Oh," Karl laughed. "It sure can!" Karl grabbed a piece of paper off the ground and wrote:
Carl loves dolls and unicorns. He also peed in his pants.
"What did you do?" Carl asked. He flipped through a few pages untill he read this:

And Karl, let's pretend none of that happened and we're still goofing off at our computer. "Okay," Karl giggled. "So that means that the contest will be held on March 3."
